If you have misplaced your phone or it has been damaged, you may be unable to access your email. In this article, we will show you how to find your email on your phone if you have forgotten your password or if your phone has been lost or stolen.

First, try to sign in to your email account using your username and password. If you are unable to sign in, then you may need to reset your password. If you have forgotten your password, then you can try to sign in using your email address.

If you have lost your phone, then you may be able to find it using your phone's GPS. If you have a recent phone, then you may be able to find your phone using your phone's location services. If you are unable to find your phone using either of these methods, then you may need to contact your phone carrier or the police to report the lost phone.

Unlock your screen even ifyou've forgotten your password

Even if you have forgotten your device's screen lock code
(e.g., PIN, password, pattern, fingerprints, and irises), you no longer need to be concerned.
The Find My Mobile website allows you to remotely reset the screen lock.

* You must create a Samsung account on the device. When you enable this feature, your biometric data from the device, such as your fingerprints and irises, will be deleted.
* To unlock your device on Android 9 and later OS versions, you must first enable 'Remote unlock' in the device settings menu.
